Which ESDU competitions are there?
ESDU World Dancestar Masters Tour and the Great Final ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters.

Who can qualify for the ESDU Masters Series qualification tournaments?
All qualification tournaments are opened to everybody.

Is there any possibility to take part in the ESDU World Dance Masters without qualifying before?
No, each participant must pass the ESDU qualifications.

Where can I qualify?
On every ESDU Masters Series qualification tournament.

Where can I learn about the ESDU tournament rules?
The ESDU rules are found on  http://esdu.org/en/activities/championships/rules-regulations/

ATTENTION: The dancers have to obey by the ESDU rules. The ESDU championship rules are to be found on http://esdu.org/en/activities/championships/rules-regulations/.

Where can all the information concerning the particular tournament be found?
All the details about the particular tournament are found at the main site under the link for the particular tournament.

How to register for the tournament?
Via ONLINE REGISTRATION at the particular tournament.

Is there a deadline to register for a particular tournament?
Yes, each tournament has its deadline. The deadline is published on the official webpage of the particular tournament.

What is the deadline for the fee payment after having registered for the particular dance?
It is possible to pay the fee till the end of the deadline for the particular tournament. The deadline is found at the web site of the particular tournament and at the registration portal under "Costs".

Attention: You bear the transfer costs!

Can the Registration Portal close before the registration deadline?
Yes, every qualification tournament has a limited number of participants. When the number of participants reaches the limit, the Registration Portal closes. In case the Registration Portal is closed before you have registered, you can register on other ESDU qualification tournaments where there are still open places.

Can I change my registered dances?
Yes, during the registration period it is possible to change dances.

I have signed in at a tournament but cannot continue with registering myself, what can I do?
When registering, there appears the registration problem notice saying exactly why further registration is not possible. Follow the instructions, and in case you cannot complete the registration contact the ESDU Office via e-mail office@esdu.org

I cannot change the dances I have registered for. Why?
The registration deadline has expired. All the changes can be made during the registration period. After the deadline, all the registrations become unchangeable.


After the registration, not all the registered dances are listed under "Confirmation". Why?
Only the dances for which the payment has been made appear under "Confirmation". Only those dances can be part of the championship.

I have passed the qualifications at one of the official ESDU Masters Series qualification tournaments and want to take part in the final ESDU World Dance Masters. What to do next?
Please go on the ESDU World Dance Masters web page.
Enter the Registration Portal with your password. All dances due to which you have passed the qualification will automatically be shown on this portal.
Confirm dances you want to participate with on the ESDU World Dance Masters.
To assure high level of organisation it is obligatory to take All Inclusive Dancer’s Package.

Pay starting fees and Dancer’s Packages.
ATTENTION: Non qualified, not confirmed and not paid dances don’t have the right to participate on the ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters.

Necessary steps to be able to participate on the ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters:
1. Qualify on one of the ESDU qualification tournaments
2. Confirm qualified dances on the Registration Portal of ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters
3. Contact Da Riva Agency regarding Dancer’s Packages
4. Pay starting fees and Dancer’s  packages
Upon proper accomplishment of the above mentioned steps, Starting permission will automatically be sent to your e-mail.

I can no longer change the dances qualified for the final ESDU World Dance Masters. Why?
You can change only the dancers.  All other data (discipline, duration etc. ) cannot be changed. For further questions contact: portal@esdu.org

What is a "starting permission"?
The "starting permission" is the confirmation of all the performances of a school / a performer who are allowed to take part in the tournament. All the performances that are not listed on the "starting permission" of that school / that performer cannot take part on the tournament.


When and where do I get my "starting permission"?
Via e-mail, after all the payments of the particular dance have been confirmed.
