General information

• The registration for the competition can be done only through the Registration portal.

• Only qualified dances can take part in the final tournament World Dance Masters 2012.

• To validate your qualification for the final tournament World Dance Masters 2012, you must confirm the qualified dances on the registration portal, after the end of the qualification tournament.

NOTE:Due to the short time between the prequalification tournament ESDU DanceStar 2012 - All other countries and the ESDU World Dance Masters 2012 final tournament, starting fees for the final tournament must be payed together with the ones for the prequalification tournament. In case a dance does not qualify to WDM, the amount paid will be refunded. Dances qualifyed through the prequalification tournament All other countries will be transferred to the World Dance Masters portal automatically, and thus confirmed.

•  After paying the registration fee and the package, you will get the starting permission for every registerd dance. Only dances with the starting permission can take part in the competition.

• All directors are required to do the check in on the CHECK IN POINT, where they will receive further detailed instructions (program, start lists, etc.)

Necessary steps to be able to participate on the ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters 2012:

• Qualify on one of the ESDU qualification tournaments
• Go on the ESDU World Dance Masters web page
• Enter the Registration Portal with your password. All dances due to which you have passed the qualification will automatically be shown on this portal.
• Confirm qualified dances you want to participate with on the ESDU World Dance Masters
• To assure high level of organisation it is obligatory to take All Inclusive Dancer’s Package.
• Please, for all information regarding Dancer’s Packages and accommodation contact Da Riva Agency that is in charge for it via e-mail  sandra@da-riva.hr
• Pay starting fees and Dancer’s Packages
• Upon proper accomplishment of the above mentioned steps, Starting permission will automatically be sent to your e-mail.

• ATTENTION: Non qualified, not confirmed and not paid dances don’t have the right to participate on the ESDU Dancestar World Dance Masters.
